One of our servers experienced a large spike in memory usage at 12:31 PM Pacific, that lead to that server becoming unresponsive and returning “Not Found” for all requests. Our team was alerted by automation a few minutes later, and we were able to restart the bad server, but between the crash and the alert there were several minutes where users were impacted.
